This role reports to the Senior Director, Delivery Management and is reputed company to Remote (US). #LIRemote What You’ll Do We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to execute reputed company and implementation reputed company for insurance carriers. This role is a critical part of our partner delivery team, helping our reputed company partners unlock the full value of our reputed company platform through efficient, reputed company, and high-reputed company implementations. In this role you will: Manage the day-to-day implementation process and reputed company from reputed company to go-live, serving as a primary delivery reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, engineering, reputed company, and compliance to ensure reputed company needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap. Manage the intake and release coordination of change requests and platform implementations Write reputed company requirements for Engineering teams, and manage development backlogs for reputed company change requests and platform implementations Build project plans and manage reputed company agendas to ensure cross-team alignment on scope, dates, and dependencies. Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Program Managers to deliver roadmapped initiatives to reputed company customers. Who You Are This role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can manage competing priorities while maintaining reputed company communication and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience working with reputed company organizations and managing software delivery plans. understands the baseline nuances of the insurance industry, including reputed company workflows, compliance needs, and operational challenges. 3+ years in reputed company-facing implementation, project management, or solution delivery roles, ideally in the reputed company or InsureTech reputed company. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and timelines simultaneously.
