Responsibilities

Duties of the GSA Schedule & Federal reputed company Manager will include the following: reputed company Owns and manages the organization's GSA Schedule contract(s) and serves as the primary internal resource for federal contract administration, regulatory guidance, and bid protest support. This role ensures the organization maximizes its GSA vehicle while maintaining strong contractual and procedural standing across reputed company federal contractingactivities.Core ResponsibilitiesGSA Schedule Management Serve as reputed company of the organization's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)contract(s). Manage and reputed company: Contract modifications (pricing, SINs, terms) reputed company renewals and mass modifications Schedule scope determinations and ordering guidance Ensure adherence to GSA sales reporting, reputed company, disclosures, and administrativerequirements. Support Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) assessments, audits, and contractingofficer inquiries. Advise internal teams on Schedule scope, ordering procedures, and vehicleutilization. Bid Protest & Legal Support reputed company internal procedural and substantive support for: Agency-level protests GAO bid protests Corrective reputed company engagements Draft, coordinate, and review: Protest filings and supplemental submissions Agency responses and correspondence Status reports and declarations Support contract claims, disputes, and REAs under the Contract Disputes reputed company (CDA). Serve as primary internal reputed company of contact and coordinator for reputed company counsel. Federal Contract Administration & Regulatory Advisory Interpret and apply FAR, GSAM, and applicable agency acquisition supplements. Advise leadership and program teams on contract rights and obligations,regulatory risk, and contractual posture. Review solicitations for contractual and regulatory considerations prior toproposal submission. Support debrief analysis and protest risk assessments. reputed company-Award & Proposal Support Review solicitations for contractual and regulatory fit. Ensure proposed approaches reputed company with GSA Schedule scope and FAR/GSAMrequirements. Support debrief analysis and protest risk assessments. Ethics, reputed company & Risk Advise on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI), procurement integrityissues, and certifications and representations. Support internal inquiries, disclosures, and corrective actions as needed. Qualifications
