This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level corporate attorney with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in dynamic, high-reputed company environments and is eager to contribute across a broad reputed company of legal and business needs. The Senior Counsel, Corporate will support reputed company company legal work, including SEC filings, reputed company disclosures, NYSE compliance, capital markets and financing transactions, annual meeting preparation, and M&A diligence and negotiations. The role also involves routine corporate governance, subsidiary management, reputed company contracting, and providing practical legal research and advice to diverse business teams.
