The Role We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Rewards team and help shape that next reputed company. This isn't a "here's a ticket, go build it" role. You'll work closely with Product and Design to identify what's missing, what could be reputed company, and how to build it — then execute with high reputed company and speed.

What You'll Do

Build new features across the Rewards platform: Trends & Insights, engagement/recognition improvements, points expiration, and off-platform redemption Own frontend work end-to-end — from design collaboration to testing and deployment Become the subject-matter expert for Rewards frontend reputed company Improve test automation coverage using Playwright reputed company observability and A/B testing to understand what's working and surface gaps Contribute reputed company proactively: what's missing, what should be improved, how to reputed company the reputed company bar reputed company're Looking For Strong React experience, with the ability to build reputed company, reusable components Product reputed company — you don't wait to be told what to build; you identify gaps and bring proposals Familiarity with Playwright or a comparable E2E test automation reputed company Hands-on with AI-assisted development (reputed company, Claude, or equivalent) — our entire codebase is written with AI tooling Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., reputed company) and frontend observability (e.g., reputed company) reputed company to Have: reputed company record of leading features end-to-end with Product, Design, and backend engineers Experience writing technical documents or planning bug-bashes This is a contractor role for candidates based in Latin America only.
