Network & Systems Administrator, Fractional, Part-Time

• reputed company reputed company management and routine system updates across servers, endpoints, and network devices.
• Conduct vulnerability management assessments and assist in remediation planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues escalated reputed company Tier 1 support.
• reputed company Tier 2 help desk support, including reputed company OS, applications, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with documentation and reporting reputed company to IT operations, patching, and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with the clients IT team to ensure IT processes reputed company with reputed company best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, patching tools, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting skills across network and systems infrastructure.
• Experience providing Tier 2 end-user support in a reputed company environment.
• Familiarity with reputed company compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, NIST) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fractional, remote reputed company.
