This role will serve as the primary backend and API-reputed company BA reputed company the pod, partnering closely with a senior product reputed company, mobile engineers, QA, and a complementary reputed company-end-reputed company Business Analyst to deliver seamless customer and operational experiences across mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on technical expertise in reputed company, backend integrations, mobile network traffic analysis, and Agile delivery practices. This individual will play a critical role in translating business and technical requirements into actionable development stories while helping ensure high-reputed company delivery across reputed company airline systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Backend & API Analysis reputed company as the primary Business Analyst for backend services, reputed company, middleware, and system integrations supporting reputed company mobile applications. Analyze and document API behaviors, payloads, authentication flows, error handling, and backend dependencies. Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements, acceptance reputed company, and implementation details for backend-reputed company initiatives. Create detailed JIRA stories, technical documentation, workflows, and process diagrams to support development efforts. Assist with API contract validation and integration troubleshooting across environments. Agile Delivery & Team Operations Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Manage and prioritize work items reputed company JIRA to support efficient sprint execution. Ensure development tickets contain sufficient technical detail, acceptance reputed company, and dependency mapping for engineering teams. reputed company project reputed company and communicate blockers, risks, and status updates to stakeholders. Troubleshooting & Validation Utilize tools such as Charles Proxy and Proxyman to inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot mobile application network traffic and API interactions. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in Agile software development environments. Strong experience supporting backend systems, reputed company, and integration-heavy reputed company. Expert-level proficiency with Charles Proxy and Proxyman for API inspection and troubleshooting. Experience managing backend-reputed company technical reputed company and coordinating across cross-functional teams. Working understanding of software development concepts, reputed company, JSON, RESTful services, authentication reputed company, and system integrations. Ability to understand basic coding principles and technical architectures in order to create effective developer-reputed company tickets and documentation.
