Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

• Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and Med Adh Members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
• Document and reputed company member engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
• reputed company and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
• 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
• 3+ years of patient consultation experience while working as a licensed pharmacist
• Beginner level of proficiency navigating MS Office and reputed company-based environment
