This role is remote and can be full-time or part-time, with the reputed company to work on-site at their Abbotsford, VIC office.

Responsibilities

• Support families and adults over the phone through health coaching calls across our programs

Requirements

• Identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
• Has a qualification in a health field (like Bachelor of Nutrition, Exercise Science, Nursing, Health Promotion or Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care reputed company)
• Can build strong relationships with different people
• Has experience delivering health programs or services
• Works reputed company independently and in reputed company
• Is reputed company organised and good at managing time
