District Manager - Multifamily

We're currently seeking a hands-on Area Director to reputed company a 1,000+ unit, multi-property portfolio in Williston, ND. Please note, this position will require you to relocate to Williston, ND. This is a senior operations leadership role with reputed company autonomy and visibility in a small, high-reputed company market. The right candidate will bring strong multi-site management experience, a proactive operating style, and the willingness to be on-site reputed company issues reputed company, especially during high-pressure situations and winter weather events. Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day operations across a 1,000+ unit, multi-property multifamily portfolio in Williston, ND
- reputed company, reputed company, and hold property-level leaders accountable for occupancy, reputed company experience, and operational execution
- Own portfolio financial performance including budgeting, variance awareness, and performance reporting
- Respond to property-level emergencies and operational issues with a hands-on, in-the-field leadership approach
- Partner with senior leadership on market reputed company, reputed company plans, and operational priorities across the region
Qualifications
- t4+ years of multifamily property management experience, with multi-site reputed company strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing 500+ reputed company in aggregate (multi-property portfolio or a single large community)
- Proven ability to reputed company teams of 6+ reputed company and indirect reports across operations, leasing, and maintenance
- Strong operational judgment and a proactive, solutions-first management style
- Based in Williston, ND area or willing to relocate and operate reputed company a reasonable commute radius

- Total compensation reputed company of $108,000 to $144,000 (reputed company plus bonus potential), with reputed company salary up to $120,000 and bonus potential up to 20% reputed company twice per year
