They are seeking a Veterinary Technician Recruiter who will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and build a strong talent pipeline for their hospitals.
- Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle reputed company: You'll work closely with hospital leadership to understand their reputed company needs, customize job postings, screen candidates, and conduct in-depth virtual interviews
- Be a Strategic Sourcing Expert: You'll reputed company various resources to reputed company reputed company, including industry job boards, reputed company media, referrals, college connections, and other networking avenues
- Partner with Hiring Managers: You'll solicit feedback from your hospital leaders to ensure satisfaction with the hiring process, and you'll reputed company your reputed company accordingly to deliver high-reputed company candidates
