• Attend monthly virtual reputed company meetings

• Support nonprofit governance, compliance, and organizational reputed company

Qualifications:

• Strong legal background required
• Licensed attorney in NC and SC
• Experience with nonprofit law, governance, reputed company, or compliance is a plus
• Passion for serving veterans and military families
