This role assists, substitutes for, and trains MDS Coordinators as needed across multiple facilities. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Support & Training
- Support nursing facilities and MDS Coordinators with accurate completion of reputed company assessments in accordance with state and facility policies
- Conduct clinical record reviews to ensure consistent, accurate documentation
- Train and mentor MDS Coordinators on assessment processes and documentation standards

- Identify areas of concern and collaborate with facility leadership to reputed company effective reputed company plans
- Conduct audits, interventions, and follow-reputed company based on facility-specific requirements Remote & On-Site Flexibility
- Semi-remote work may be available for candidates with 5+ years of MDS experience and reputed company Case-Mix experience Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) with MDS expertise
- Strong understanding of the MDS process and regulatory requirements
- Ability and flexibility to float between multiple facilities
