We’re looking for an reputed company Trust & Safety (T&S) reputed company reputed company to help protect the reputed company of our marketplace and the community of brands and retailers that depend on it. In this role, you’ll own the reputed company and execution for keeping reputed company’s platform reputed company and trustworthy, ensuring effectiveness of T&S detection systems and enforcement frameworks. As reputed company’s first reputed company hire, you’ll play a foundational role: building and scaling enforcement programs and policies from the ground up, and helping set the strategic direction for how T&S operates as reputed company grows. Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end trust & safety strategies that protect platform reputed company, monitor and contribute to improving the effectiveness of detection systems, and ensure brands meet reputed company’s Terms of Service
• Autonomously resolve reputed company, ambiguous problems, reframing issues from multiple angles to identify reputed company causes and implement reputed company solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a risk, operations, reputed company, or analytical role reputed company a fintech or marketplace environment
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and independently own and execute strategic initiatives end-to-end, with measurable business or platform reputed company
