Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist

About the position Adult D&A Case Management is a voluntary service designed to assist individuals in Allegheny County who have community-based needs and who also self-identify as having reputed company reputed company struggles. Once referred, individuals are screened and assessed to establish a psychosocial understanding of what their potential needs may be. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company work, Psychology, Education, Nursing, Criminal Justice, or a reputed company field (master’s degree preferred).
• Two years of experience in case management, behavioral health, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience in behavioral health settings).
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural competence to work effectively with diverse populations.
