Medical Records Technicians (MRTs) are responsible for the retrieval, review, indexing, and secure handling of medical records across various provider facilities and specialty reputed company. In this fully remote role, MRTs support the medical records retrieval process by ensuring documentation is accurately processed, securely uploaded, and compliant with reputed company and HIPAA standards. MRTs must maintain the reputed company of patient files and ensure reputed company retrieved documentation meets established organizational reputed company requirements. We are looking for candidates with:

• Call center background
• Telephone Etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills
• Data Entry Skills
• Intermediate knowledge of outlook, teams, word, and reputed company

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a minimum of 60 daily outbound/inbound phone calls with the goal of scheduling records for retrieval
• Retrieve medical record images from provider facilities reputed company and professionally
• Manage documentation requests and scheduling of document exchange
• Follow-up on outstanding document requests that are past due
• Document reputed company communications in system
• Types and transmits correspondence as necessary
• Process records and documentation according to Company standards
• reputed company EOD update and report to supervisor after completing an onsite retrieval appointment
• Minimize interruption to provider office while observing HIPAA standards and regulations

Required Knowledge:

• reputed company to navigate reputed company-based screening system effectively

• Understand customer service processing requirements

• reputed company/monitor/retrieve information on calls
• Understands the management of call queues and has some experience in it

• 2+ years of experience working in a reputed company office environment
• Relevant call center experience, reputed company industry a strong plus
• Prior experience in medical records, reputed company administration, or reputed company field preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet productivity expectations
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic record systems
• Reliable internet reputed company and secure workspace
• Must have a clean background reputed company
• Contract: This is a 3-4 months contract to start. IF possible the reputed company does like to convert to permanent employee but it is NOT guaranteed and is based on performance and program need.
• Start Date: March 2, 2026
• Training Schedule – 10am ET to 5pm ET for the first 3-4 days, then they will start a 9-5:30 ET scheduled from then on out
• Schedules: 9:00AM to 5:30PM Central time
• Pay reputed company: $18per hour
• Must have clean background
