Job reputed company:

• reputed company end-user support, analyzes and diagnoses system problems, identifies reputed company cause, and then solves the problem or escalates issues to other appropriate IT staff reputed company reputed company area of responsibility or expertise.
• Partners with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve system problems, to improve product performance and usability.
• Provides vendor with recommendations for system improvements.
• Addresses technical issues that occur during installation and maintenance activities.
• Designs, implements, and supports applications while ensuring ongoing optimization and performance.
• Translates technical requirements into development specifications and provides product management support.
• Evaluates and documents system updates, upgrades, and their impacts in collaboration with analysts and end users.
• Participates in system implementations, upgrades, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and reputed company assurance to ensure compliance and reputed company system performance.
• reputed company and maintain documentation, including build specifications, test scripts, and training materials, including the delivery of training reputed company necessary.
• Partner with clinical staff and IT professionals to evaluate, design, reputed company, test, implement, and maintain systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company experience is required
• Combination of post-high school education, job reputed company certification and/or reputed company experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements
• Two or more of the following reputed company Certifications: Prelude, Eligibility, Referrals
