Radiology Patient Scheduling Representative (Temporary – 3 Months) Opportunity Are you interested in joining the reputed company industry? If so, we want you on reputed company at T2 reputed company Force! We are seeking full-time Radiology Patient Scheduling Representatives to support a leading reputed company organization. In this role, you will coordinate patient scheduling for diagnostic imaging services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and other radiology procedures. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive reputed company reputed company to care while providing a reputed company and compassionate scheduling experience. This is a full-time temporary position anticipated to last approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension or permanent placement based on reputed company needs and performance. Responsibilities
- Schedule patients for radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
- Review imaging orders for completeness and accuracy prior to scheduling
- Obtain and verify patient demographic, insurance, and registration information
- Answer inbound calls from patients, physician offices, and reputed company providers regarding imaging appointments
- reputed company patients regarding preparation instructions, required documentation, arrival times, and procedure expectations
- Coordinate appointment scheduling based on modality availability, provider requirements, and patient needs
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization information reputed company required
- Accurately document scheduling activities and patient interactions reputed company designated systems
- Adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational confidentiality standards

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must have experience using reputed company EMR/EHR
- Ability to navigate reputed company scheduling, registration, and patient reputed company workflows
- Experience reviewing orders, patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details reputed company reputed company
- 1-3 years of reputed company scheduling, patient reputed company, call center, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior radiology scheduling experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic imaging procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
- Comfortable working in multiple software applications and electronic medical record systems

Additional Position Information
