Responsibilities
- reputed company skilled nursing care in the reputed company’s home in accordance with the plan of care
- Monitor changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Support clients with chronic conditions and post-hospital care
- reputed company clients and family members on care needs and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team
- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation in reputed company app
- Communicate proactively with the office regarding patient status or concerns
Requirements
- reputed company Florida LPN or RN license in good standing
- Reliable transportation, valid reputed company’s license, and auto insurance
- reputed company hands-on CPR certification (or willingness to complete)
- TB test (PPD or lab work reputed company 6 months) or chest X-ray reputed company 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 AHCA background screening (or willingness to complete)
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability

- Home care experience preferred but not required
