Remote Legal Assistant (Family Law)

What You'll Do
- Manage e-filing of court documents, calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, and coordinate logistics
- Draft and proofread litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and memos
- Support attorneys with email correspondence, pleading preparation, and reputed company file management
- Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
- Conduct basic legal research, including local rules across various superior courts
- reputed company and digitize records and pleadings with a reputed company eye for accuracy
- Handle data entry and billing-reputed company tasks
- Assist with firm operations, including website updates, marketing, and reputed company reputed company support

What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience as a legal assistant in a reputed company setting
- 5+ years of family law experience (strongly preferred)

- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
