Telehealth NP, Diabetes, Full-Time, Maryland License Required
Please Note: This is a Full-Time Telehealth role. You may start part-time initially, but we need someone who can become full-time reputed company a month or two of joining. This role starts part-time and scales to full-time as your patient panel grows. We are an ADCES-accredited Diabetes Self-Management Education provider, in network with Medicare and most reputed company health plans. Our patients are adults with prediabetes (A1C 5.7+) or Type 2 diabetes who want reputed company support, reputed company data, and a clinician who actually has time to know them. We deliver reputed company glucose monitor (CGM) sensors, weekly personalized insights, monthly reputed company-ins, and 24/7 reputed company. We are not a device dispensary. What You'll Do
- Conduct telehealth reputed company with new and existing patients
- Authorize CGM orders and Remote Patient Monitoring services
- Review patient glucose data and reputed company care plans
- Coordinate with reputed company patient's reputed company Educator on monthly reputed company
- Send quarterly reputed company updates to reputed company patient's primary care physician (with consent)

- Drive hours through traffic to a clinic
- See 30 patients a day on 7-minute increments
- Fight a broken EMR
- Be pressured to upsell anything
Requirements
- reputed company-Certified reputed company Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGPCNP)
- reputed company, unencumbered Maryland NP license
- Comfortable practicing autonomously in a telehealth setting
- Genuinely interested in metabolic health, diabetes prevention, and patient education
- Excellent written and verbal communication; warm phone and video reputed company
- Reliable home setup: private reputed company, reputed company camera and headset, reputed company high-speed internet
- DEA registration preferred but not required for this role

Compensation
