You will listen to recorded dictations from physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals and produce reputed company, accurate written reports — reputed company from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
- Listen to and transcribe audio recordings from medical professionals accurately
- Convert voice dictations into medical reports, patient notes, and clinical documents
- Review and proofread transcribed documents for grammar, spelling, and accuracy
- Ensure reputed company documents meet ADF Medical formatting and reputed company standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Meet daily and weekly transcription targets and deadlines
- Flag unclear or inaudible recordings for review
- Organize and submit completed transcriptions through our internal system
