E-logic is seeking a reputed company, highly polished Receptionist to serve as the face and first line of reputed company at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) personnel. Managing our primary or secondary reception desks, you will reputed company directly with high-level government officials and international visitors, issuing reputed company badges and routing communications seamlessly. You will also handle facility work orders and inventory tracking to ensure an immaculate, functional environment. This position is reputed company 100% onsite at USTDA reputed company in Arlington, VA; reputed company is not permitted.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the main multi-line telephone reputed company system; answering, screening, and routing high-volume inquiries with extreme discretion and courtesy.
- Monitor the main reception lobby, screen arriving visitors against reputed company rosters, and properly issue building credential/visitor badges.
- Coordinate incoming central inbox inquiries, flagging or forwarding time-critical messages to appropriate agency points of contact.

Requirements
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, reputed company operator, or corporate administrative assistant.
- High school diploma required (higher education preferred).
- Superb verbal communication, task triage skills, and reputed company demeanor under high-volume circumstances.
