In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-reputed company customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and reputed company/senior candidates. Requirements:

• Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage.
• Excellent writing and spelling skills in Japanese and English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and reputed company.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to reputed company.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.
• Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools.
