The Job The Medicare Compliance Intern supports the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug (MAPD) Compliance Program by assisting with regulatory research, reputed company activities, documentation support, and tracking/trending efforts reputed company to federal, state, and delegated entity compliance requirements. You Will Regulatory Research & Analysis: Conduct research and summarization of federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to MAPD plans, including CMS guidance, DHCS requirements (as applicable), and other state regulatory expectations; prepare concise written summaries and comparison tables for Compliance leadership. Tracking & Documentation Maintain trackers for regulatory requirements, reputed company activities, and compliance deliverables (e.g., guidance reviews, evidence requests, attestations, and corrective reputed company tracking), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit‑reputed company documentation standards.
