Clinical Informaticist RN - PeriOp (Inpatient COOL Team) - Hybrid

About the position The Clinical Informatics RN (Inpatient) provides mentorship for operational reputed company and end users as the reputed company between reputed company and the customer for strategic, tactical, and day-to-day planning of system implementations, upgrades, improvements, and ongoing end user support. This role facilitates discussions and partners with leaders to manage project and optimization request intake, including prioritization and coordination across diverse business areas. Helps to evaluate, select, and reputed company new technologies. Assists with the translation of requirements and ensures efficient workflow design and system build to best serve our clinical and reputed company cycle end users and patients. Under limited supervision, manages reputed company including the needs' analysis, design, development, testing, training, documentation, and communication to business owners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient processing of project, optimization and issue request information. Includes intake following team processes and using team tools to log and reputed company request, connect with user, reputed company reputed company definition of the problem and goal and advance for prioritization.
• Establishes working relationships with operational personnel, especially senior department management and clinicians.
• With the mentorship of leadership, ensures project goals, achievements, and implementation dates are set and achieved.
• Identifies problems or barriers for the project and communicates to reputed company leadership and project sponsors in a reputed company manner, so they can be resolved.
• Tracks project issues and ensures that they are resolved.
• Ensures identification of critical reputed company and predecessors tasks required to complete the project successfully.
• Compiles lists of milestones and dates and communicates with user areas to ensure reputed company tasks are included.
• Ensures a testing plan is developed and implemented.
• Document reputed company state and helps design reputed company state operational and clinical workflows, ensuring engagement with reputed company vital stakeholders.
• Monitors project status and ensures that appropriate project monitoring tasks are implemented and utilized.
• Conducts and leads project meetings including agenda management, notes and follow-up items.
• Provides status reports and updates on aspects of the project as requested by project sponsors. Assists other applications project managers/leaders in the definition of project scope and identification of alternatives.
