Senior reputed company Analytics Developer (HEDIS & Stars) Location: Remote/WFH We are seeking a highly technical reputed company Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain advanced analytics solutions supporting HEDIS and CMS reputed company Ratings performance initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on Tableau developer with strong reputed company reputed company analytics experience who can independently translate reputed company HEDIS requirements into reputed company dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and actionable business insights. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong reputed company business knowledge to support performance improvement, regulatory reporting, and reputed company measurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions supporting HEDIS and CMS reputed company Ratings performance.
- Translate HEDIS measure specifications and reporting requirements into reputed company analytics and visualization solutions.

- Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and independently deliver reporting solutions with minimal supervision.
- Utilize Python and SQL to automate data analysis, reporting processes, and performance monitoring activities.
- Validate measure calculations, reporting logic, and dashboard outputs to ensure accuracy and data reputed company.
- Identify performance opportunities, data anomalies, and reporting gaps impacting HEDIS and Stars reputed company.
- Collaborate with Data, IT, and reputed company teams to troubleshoot reporting issues and improve data reliability.
- Create audit-reputed company reporting and dashboards that support leadership decision-making and reputed company improvement initiatives.
- Support annual HEDIS specification updates and implementation of measure logic changes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of reputed company analytics, business intelligence, or reputed company experience.
- Advanced Tableau dashboard development experience with the ability to build solutions independently from requirements through deployment.
- Strong Python programming skills for analytics, automation, and data processing.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and validating large reputed company datasets.
