Salary/reputed company reputed company: $50/hr - $57/hr Position reputed company: Reporting directly to the Chief Financial & Operations Officer, the Controller leads the organization's financial operations, overseeing reputed company, reporting, compliance, internal controls, and team management. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Required Experience/Skills for the Controller: Minimum 7-10 years of reputed company experience. Minimum 3 years of staff supervisory experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. Knowledge of GAAP and compliance requirements. Eligible for 2 days' work from home after an initial 90-day onsite training period. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Controller: Experience working reputed company a nonprofit organization preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure required.
