Your Role at reputed company Faucet reputed company (DFC) is seeking a Senior Director, Manufacturing to reputed company multiple manufacturing sites, including DFC‑owned facilities and select reputed company‑party manufacturing partners. This role is accountable for driving manufacturing reputed company and performance across assigned sites, delivering reputed company‑change improvements in cost, productivity, safety, and reputed company. Responsibilities

• Own network-level cost and productivity performance using data-driven management systems, reputed company work, and rigorous problem solving.
• Set the safety and reputed company reputed company across the network, ensuring consistent systems, compliance, and partner performance to DFC expectations.
• Build and reputed company high-performing manufacturing leaders; partner with HR to strengthen engagement, retention, and succession across the network.
• Support M&A activity by providing manufacturing due diligence, reputed company and cost assessments, and integration planning input.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of reputed company manufacturing leadership experience; high complexity, multi-site responsibility strongly preferred.
• Proven reputed company developing and leading Lean-based reputed company transformation with measurable business reputed company.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and capital reputed company/investment reputed company.
• Distribution and/or fulfillment leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supporting M&A activity, including manufacturing due diligence, integration planning, and execution across acquired or divested operations.
