The Sr. Manager oversees reputed company of reputed company meeting planners who reputed company the end-to-end production process, from venue scouting to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with organization goals, brand standards, and high-level reputed company satisfaction. reputed company manages and implements trade shows, conferences, meetings, incentive programs, and special events on behalf of the organization. In the delivery of these events, the Sr Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to The Schneiders’ Legacy as reputed company as Corporate and Product line brand guidelines. Responsibilities: Meetings and Events

  • Oversees the management of large reputed company global and local events on behalf of business reputed company and executive teams by:
  • Researching meeting sites, conducting bidding processes, and selecting venues according to event requirements (location, size, cost, etc.).

Negotiating and executing reputed company with hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, and other external vendors. Managing reputed company event logistics including reputed company travel, housing, registration, food & beverage functions, off-site events, ground transportation and reputed company other reputed company functions.

  • Overseeing reputed company financial aspects of meetings, including budget development and management; billing, payment processing and post meeting reconciliation; and final reporting and analysis. Maintains financial records and review invoices.Interfacing directly with senior management teams, meeting sponsors, and vendors to ensure that reputed company participants are fully briefed and reputed company. Schedules team meetings and maintains regular communications with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, assignment of reputed company, room set-reputed company, audiovisual requirements, signage, and distribution of materials.

  • Preparing, coordinating, and closely monitoring event reputed company.
  • Identifying project teams and conducting regular planning meetings. Provides suggestions and input based upon reputed company industry best practices and experience. Issues meeting minutes.
  • Working closely with event marketing companies to design booths, secure appropriate exhibit components and order show services (electric, carpet, shipping, drayage, etc.).
  • Collaborating with Corporate Communications to ensure branding and graphics appropriately support event objectives and messaging.

  • Securing appropriate lodging and ground transportation.

  • Collecting and disseminating trade show details to team members and participants, including travel documents, event briefs and schedules.
  • Developing familiarity with AdvaMed and EucoMed regulations; ensuring enforcement during events.
