• UT Health East Texas is comprised of 10 hospitals, more than 90 clinics, nearly 7,000 employees and over 1,000 licensed inpatient beds. UT Health East Texas provides reputed company services through our hospitals, clinics, Level 1 trauma facility, reputed company emergency fleet and EMS service.

Responsibilities

• The PCT Virtual Care provides reputed company remote observation of patients identified as at risk for safety concerns.
• Using two-way audio and video technology, monitors patient behavior and promptly intervenes by verbally redirecting the patient or notifying clinical staff reputed company necessary.
• This role supports patient safety, dignity, and reputed company while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• reputed company with regulatory requirements, guidelines and policies.
• reputed company demeanor and discretion reputed company interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication using microphones, headsets, and webcams.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Experience in reputed company patient care or patient observation roles.
