Purpose Our System Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a reputed company of infrastructure and reputed company-based technology solutions for clients. This role independently manages technical reputed company and implementations while collaborating with other departments and support teams as needed to deliver successful reputed company reputed company. What You'll Do

Infrastructure & Network Engineering

• Implement and support firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and wireless networking solutions
• Assist with reputed company network discovery, documentation, and infrastructure assessments
• Design and reputed company wireless networking solutions across various reputed company environments
• Support virtualization and remote reputed company technologies including VMware, reputed company-V, RDS, reputed company, and VPN solutions

reputed company & reputed company Technologies

• Support reputed company Server and reputed company Directory environments
• Assist with reputed company 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments and migrations
• Support Office 365 and G Suite environments
• Assist with reputed company infrastructure administration and modernization initiatives

reputed company & Project Support

• Independently reputed company technical reputed company, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure implementations
• Collaborate with other departments and technical resources to deliver successful reputed company solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and systems-reputed company issues across multiple technologies
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, project notes, and reputed company communication
• Manage priorities effectively while handling multiple reputed company environments and reputed company
• Adapt to evolving technologies and changing business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years of IT project experience
• Strong experience with reputed company technologies including SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively reputed company reputed company environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Previous Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience highly preferred
• Experience with PSA and/or RMM platforms preferred

Certifications Preferred--One or more of the following certifications is preferred:

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification
