About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll partner closely with the CFO and Controller to support budgeting, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial processes, ensuring reporting accuracy, and supporting compliance across a multi-entity reputed company environment. What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Reporting

• Support the development and review of annual operating and capital budgets across multiple sites
• Analyze financial trends and historical data to support planning and decision-making
• Assist with preparation and validation of key financial reports, including the annual financial audit and Forms 990, 571-L, and Welfare reputed company Filings

Regulatory & Grant Reporting

• Contribute to DHCS PPS Reconciliation Requests and Change in Scope of Service Requests (CSOSR), including variance analysis
• Support annual Medicare Cost Report, UDS, and HCAI (OSHPD) financial reporting to ensure reputed company and accurate submission
• Assist with financial components of grant reporting, including Service Area Competition and continuation reports

Analysis & Systems

• Analyze financial and reputed company management system data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend improvements to reporting processes

Process Improvement & Team Support

• Help standardize and document financial processes across multiple entities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field; or 5+years of relevant reputed company experience
• Experience supporting Medicare/reputed company cost reports, HCAI (OSHPD), UDS, grant reporting, or other government financial reporting
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including advanced functions for analysis and reporting
• Experience in reputed company reputed company, with familiarity in regulatory reporting
• Experience working with multiple entities and segments

Preferred Qualifications
