The role involves ensuring system availability, reputed company controls, and audit readiness through various operational tasks including monitoring, incident response, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of reputed company servers and workstations
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of reputed company operating systems and supporting applications
- reputed company and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repeatable tasks
- Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot, intelligent monitoring platforms) for log analysis, troubleshooting, and operational insights

- Analyze and respond to system alerts and user-reported issues to minimize downtime and restore services
