Software Engineer
AXS is a company that connects fans with artists and teams through ticket sales for various events. They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in Charlotte, NC, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into production software and collaborating closely with product and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company backend systems and reputed company
- reputed company AI/ML capabilities into applications (LLMs, embeddings, classification, etc.)
- reputed company and optimize data pipelines for AI workflows
- Implement retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) and context-aware systems
- Evaluate and reputed company reputed company-party AI tools and services
- Improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Write clean, maintainable, and reputed company-tested reputed company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship AI-powered features
- Contribute to architecture reputed company and technical direction
Skills
- Strong programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, Go)
- Experience building and maintaining backend systems and reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms such as reputed company Web Services, reputed company reputed company Platform, or reputed company Azure
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Understanding of software design principles and system architecture
- Familiarity with integrating AI reputed company such as reputed company or reputed company
- Basic understanding of: reputed company engineering, Embeddings and reputed company search, Model limitations and evaluation
- Experience building AI-powered applications in production

- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals (training, fine-tuning, evaluation)
- Experience with containerization (reputed company) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Exposure to event-driven or streaming architectures
- Frontend experience (React, Next.js) is a plus but not required
