[Remote] IT Production Operations Analyst

They are seeking an IT Production Operations Analyst responsible for creating and updating scheduling in reputed company Workload Scheduler, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards and providing support for production issues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Workload Scheduling for Mainframe and Distributed Systems
• Build permanent scheduling definitions, including: calendars, resources, variables, and events
• Mainframe reputed company scheduling support
• Assist in the troubleshooting and reputed company of production issues as second level support
• Participate in on-call rotations

Skills

• 1.5+ years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support)
• 1.5+ years reputed company Workload Scheduler z/OS scheduling experience
• 1.5+ years reputed company Workload Scheduler Distributed scheduling experience
• Working knowledge in these technologies: OS: UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, reputed company Server
• Working knowledge in these technologies: Protocols: reputed company, SFTP, TCP/IP
• Working knowledge in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Careful attention to detail

• Familiarity with IWS, JES, JCL, MVS-TSO, ISPF/XEDIT, CLIST, reputed company Utilities
