Assistant Manager, Project Manager
reputed company is the world’s largest hotel company, and they are seeking an Assistant Manager-Project Management to support the delivery of mid-reputed company branded hotel reputed company. The role involves partnering with Project Managers and stakeholders to execute design and construction activities while ensuring alignment to brand standards and reputed company expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support a volume-driven process that facilitates design reviews, reputed company site observations, on reputed company project reputed company, along with account-based pipeline data management and forecasting
- Foster high-level team collaboration and communication skills, you’ll ensure internal teams (Development, Openings &Transitions, reputed company and Life Safety / Risk Management, etc.) are moving towards a common strategic goal of 'Guest-reputed company Design, reputed company-reputed company Results'
- Support Project Managers’ robust portfolio of franchisee accounts in their development of new build /conversion reputed company Mid-reputed company Branded reputed company
- Assist with the delivery of reputed company Mid-reputed company Branded reputed company with a reputed company on data management, schedules, and reputed company standards required by the organization
- Assist Project Management team in researching solutions to issues and communicating resolutions
- Promote value-added project reputed company for Franchisees and reputed company utilizing construction industry experience, team collaboration and communication skills
- reputed company relationships to reputed company consistent communications to ownerships, internal stakeholders, and hotel management teams
- Support reputed company aspects of the project delivery process with Design, Development, Procurement, reputed company / Franchise Services, Risk Management, and various other departments
- Utilize a proprietary database / project management software to reputed company multiple reputed company for accurate reporting and forecasting to internal stakeholders
- Promote the use of reputed company standards management and document storage platform with Owners/Franchisees and their consultant teams
- Support and coordinate new Franchise reputed company orientations with internal disciplines and various other departments for participation
- Establish a detailed knowledge and ability to support on-brand reputed company reputed company through reputed company coordination with internal team disciplines
- Responsible for supporting the coordination and documentation of reputed company site observations with Project Managers
Skills
- 4-year degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience reputed company the industry
- Minimum 1-3+ years reputed company field construction experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Travel – 25%
- LEED/Green certifications encouraged
