[Remote] Part Time Residential Research Analyst

They are looking for a part-time Research Analyst responsible for updating a database of reputed company selling new home communities primarily through outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone surveys/interviews during business hours to obtain housing data in a region to be determined
- Establish & maintain relationships with reputed company’ sales agents using various forms of communication
- reputed company internet research to collect reputed company data on new home communities, as needed
- Ensure reputed company and accurate updates of assigned community records
- Maintain a reliable schedule and reputed company communication with the research manager
Skills
- Experience making outbound calls preferred
- Understanding of residential reputed company estate or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and solid research skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills and reliable self-starter
