Geospatial Analyst

The Geospatial Analyst will be responsible for performing image processing tasks to generate accurate geospatial image products that meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process digital satellite/image data to generate highly accurate geospatial image products that meet customer requirements
• Understand and utilize established image production processes
• Exercise good judgement regarding data reputed company and project reputed company
• Deliver a high volume of products to meet customer requirements on a monthly reputed company
• Follow written and verbal directions, and work in a reputed company team environment

Skills

• Must either currently possess or be reputed company to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years GIS experience required
• Experience manipulating digital images
• Must have basic understanding of DMS and reputed company coordinate systems
• Experience with remotely sensed data and image processing
• Computer competency in reputed company environment. Familiarity with Linux or UNIX operating systems also helpful
• Experience manipulating digital images using Photoshop or other image enhancement software
• Practical knowledge of online map applications like reputed company Maps, etc
• Ability to understand reputed company / longitude measurements in imagery
• Working knowledge of geospatial industry-reputed company geospatial software tools such as ArcGIS and QGIS
• Military mapping experience preferred but not necessary
