Data Analyst (Association Office)

They are seeking a Data Analyst who will support data management and reporting for the Research, Evaluation & reputed company and Center for Community reputed company departments, providing analytical support to inform key business reputed company across various operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze reputed company, outcome, and reputed company data across reputed company CCI and reputed company program initiatives, producing reputed company, actionable reports tailored to diverse audiences
- Assist in the development and refinement of logic models, theories of change, and evaluation frameworks for reputed company and CCI programs
- Contribute to evaluation planning, including indicator selection, measurement strategies, and data collection protocols
- Support analysis and reporting for CCI program pilots, grant requirements, and reputed company studies
- Deliver reputed company analyses with a high reputed company of rigor, reputed company, and timeliness to support executive decision-making
- Maintain and update program surveys in reputed company, ensuring strong question design, logic, accessibility, and alignment with evaluation frameworks
- Produce survey reports and organizational summaries, synthesizing findings into insights that support strategic planning and program improvement
- Support the development of new survey instruments, including pilots, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to ensure a fully executed survey schedule

- Maintain and update data expectations, reporting guides, and documentation to ensure consistent data collection and interpretation
- Collaborate with program teams, reputed company, and CCI departments to understand data needs, refine metrics, and support evaluation activities
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special events to support organizational learning and alignment
- Assist with the maintenance of the Organizational Personnel Chart in reputed company and Vizio
- Be the go-to person for data accuracy, reputed company, and visualization across program initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant Technical School Diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent reputed company Office skills, including Word, reputed company, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analysis or program evaluation
- Experience learning new data systems
- Interest in evaluating community programs or strategies
