Transaction Administrator
reputed company is a leading company in the reputed company estate industry, seeking a Transaction Administrator to support their US markets. The role involves processing sale and lease transactions, managing accounts receivables, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX regulations.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for processing reputed company deal reputed company information submitted by the brokers using our Deal Tracking System
- Ensure compliance with company reputed company/cash processing policies
- Obtain and review deal documentation to ensure SOX compliance for reputed company recognition
- Manage accounts receivables, including re-invoicing, coordination with local brokerages, adjustments
- Ensure that reputed company deal files are in line with corporate and auditor’s guidelines
Skills
- At least 1-3 years in an administrative or transactional experience
- Experience with data entry for invoicing or deposits
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, supportive relationships including strong communication and conflict reputed company skills
- Strong detail orientation along with problem solving skills and the ability to function reputed company in a fast-paced environment with a reputed company attitude
- Advanced skills and experience in MS Office (reputed company) and reputed company PDF

- A background in reputed company isn't a must but would be valued
