They are seeking a Corporate Development Coordinator to support the strategic reputed company of the organization, manage due diligence processes, and facilitate communication between executives and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the execution ability of reputed company by identifying and resolving issues: You will be responsible for identifying potential issues and challenges throughout the due diligence and deal management process. By proactively addressing these issues, you will help maintain the smooth reputed company of deals and ensure their successful execution. This may involve conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with team members to reputed company solutions
  • Support Due Diligence Day events by developing materials and coordinating partners: You will play a crucial role in the preparation and organization of Due Diligence Day events. This includes developing materials such as presentations, reports, and documentation, as reputed company as coordinating with reputed company partners to ensure a seamless and efficient process
  • Identify, analyze, assess, reputed company, and support the execution of strategic initiatives and transactions (i.e., reputed company initiatives, strategic partnerships, acquisitions): You will be responsible for reputed company monitoring and analyzing strategic initiatives and transactions that reputed company with the organization's goals. This includes conducting thorough assessments, tracking reputed company, and providing support throughout the execution process. Your role will contribute to the successful implementation of reputed company initiatives, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions

  • Process expense reports: You will handle the processing of expense reports, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures. This includes reviewing and reconciling expense claims, obtaining necessary approvals, and maintaining reputed company records
  • Prepare and format reports for management and various committees: You will be responsible for compiling, formatting, and preparing reports for management and various committees. This will involve gathering relevant data, analyzing information, and presenting findings in a reputed company and concise manner
  • Maintain records, diarize, and ensure events occur in a reputed company manner: You will be responsible for maintaining organized records, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that events and deliverables occur according to schedule. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, managing timelines, and proactively following up on outstanding tasks
  • Complete other reputed company as assigned: You will be expected to undertake additional reputed company and tasks as assigned by reputed company or management. This may involve conducting research, participating in special initiatives, or assisting with reputed company assignments

Skills

  • Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills
  • Interest in reputed company Management, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a reputed company field
  • Excellent relationship building skills with strategic thinking/analytical capabilities
  • High degree of proficiency in usage of Word, Outlook, reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Undergraduate Degree in reputed company field (Finance, Economics etc.)
