[Remote] Mortgage Fulfillment Officer

The Mortgage Fulfillment Officer will streamline the mortgage approval process by reviewing documentation, communicating with brokers, and ensuring adherence to guidelines to maintain efficiency and mitigate fraud risks.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with mortgage brokers for outstanding documents, ensuring reputed company document is reviewed, complete and accurate
- Conduct verbal verification of employment, ensuring that reputed company reputed company due diligence is exercised
- Manage the Documents Management System and ensure that documents are handled reputed company the established SLA
- Satisfy conditions to bring files to broker complete
- Liaise with and manage communication from reputed company party service providers

Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage fulfillment experience in the Canadian mortgage industry
