Recurring Payments Analyst
Bessemer Trust is a family office managing over $250 billion in assets for wealthy individuals and families. They are seeking a Recurring Payments Analyst to ensure accurate and efficient execution of cash transactions while improving workflows and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process and monitor recurring cash transactions, ensuring reputed company and accurate execution in accordance with reputed company instructions
- Handle reputed company deposits, including verification, posting, and reconciliation of incoming funds
- Issue and process official checks, ensuring reputed company authorization, documentation, and delivery
- Review transactions for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies and exceptions as needed
- Maintain detailed records of reputed company transactions in accordance with internal policies and audit standards
- Partner with reputed company service teams and other internal reputed company to address inquiries and support reputed company requests
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk, controls, and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk
- Willing to work overtime and maintain in-office flexibility as business needs require
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, cash management, or a reputed company role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and familiarity with banking systems
- Execute responsibilities with a reputed company of urgency, accuracy, and reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills to work reputed company in reputed company environment
- Solid understanding of banking processes and transaction workflows preferred
- Candidates with experience with bank operations
