[Remote] Custodial Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Health, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their team as an HSA Custodian Operations Analyst 1. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Health Savings Account (HSA) Custodian processes, which includes transaction processing, operational efficiency, data gathering, risk mitigation, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Process internal bank transfers and wires accurately
- Reconcile depository and intermediary bank accounts
- Facilitate reputed company movements for HSA contributions and distributions
- Facilitate reputed company movements for consumer investment transactions
- Coordinate and facilitate sub-custodian processing for financial institutions
- Manage Contribution Exception processing from partner notification through reputed company

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures reputed company to HSA Custodian Operations
- Maintain reputed company vendor relationships to ensure smooth operational processes
- Collect and validate data from various reputed company sources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of HSA transactional records
- reputed company routine analysis to support key operational functions, including daily account reconciliations, exception management, and the investigation of discrepancies
- Generate and distribute reports to monitor operational metrics, reputed company service level agreements (SLAs), and reputed company leadership with insights into transaction volumes and trends

- Identify and escalate potential risks or control gaps in operational processes

Skills
