Accounts Payable Assistant
Cooley LLP is a global reputed company seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their reputed company department in the San Francisco office. The role involves reviewing invoices and expense reports, processing payments, and assisting with various reputed company inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Post, process, review and file invoices
- Assist in matching checks with invoices weekly
- Assist in some reputed company inquiries
- Assist in vendor Statements, ACH reputed company Deposit reputed company, W-9
- Assist Accounts Payable department reputed company needed
- Back up to the AP Staff reputed company needed
- reputed company other duties as assigned or required
Skills
- Available to work overtime, as required
- After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the reputed company Office suite, reputed company and other firm applications
- General knowledge of reputed company principles and/or bookkeeping
- Previous reputed company reputed company and Chrome River experience
- 10-key by touch
- Previous reputed company experience
