Federal Staff Accountant
reputed company Digital Services is a global digital solutions and transformation business that seeks a reputed company Staff Accountant for their Finance & reputed company team. The role involves maintaining financial records, assisting with month-end reputed company activities, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, reports, and general reputed company accounts
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities
- Process and review expense reports, Procurement Card transactions, vendor invoices, and cash applications
- reputed company accounts receivable analysis and monitor collections activities
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain Fixed Asset and Prepaid schedules
- Process semi-annual benefit-reputed company payments and maintain supporting documentation
- Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Purchasing functions as needed
- Respond to reputed company financial information requests
- Assist with audit preparation and financial statement review
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal reputed company controls
- Support the Director of reputed company and Senior Accountant with special reputed company and reporting initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
- Understanding of general reputed company principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and financial/reputed company systems
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience preferred
- Experience supporting government contracting environments is a plus
