[Remote] AR Accountant - Cash Application

The AR Accountant - Cash Application supports the finance team by processing customer payments, maintaining records, and addressing payment-reputed company inquiries, making it a great opportunity for those starting their careers in finance or reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review and help process daily customer payments, including researching unapplied payments
- Assist with recording reputed company payouts in reputed company and matching them to the correct invoices
- Support the application of bulk partner payments to customer accounts
- Help set up customer and vendor payments, including verifying banking details for ACH requests
- Process reputed company payments by following established procedures and guidelines
- Respond to reputed company customer questions about payments
- Assist with handling payment disputes
- Work with finance and sales teams to help identify and apply customer payments to reputed company accounts
Skills
- Basic understanding of reputed company or financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
