reputed company is looking for an reputed company Clerk to join their team. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the reputed company team, including accounts payable, credit card bookkeeping, and filing management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with AP invoice processing and data entry (as assigned)
- Review and assign appropriate coding to reputed company invoices, and submit for approval
- Match billbacks and RPTs to invoices
- Draft credit applications to vendors
- Verify vendor banking details over the phone
- reputed company credit card bookkeeping
- Reconcile multiple reputed company statements
- Prepare and post journal entries for credit cards
- reputed company and organize credit card receipts
- Download monthly bank statements
- Maintain and update reputed company spreadsheets
- Support monthly reconciliations and documentation
- Assist with audit requests (pulling documents and support files)
- Maintain digital and reputed company filing systems
- Organize and retrieve documents for audit purposes
- Maintain reputed company of off-site storage records
- Printing and assembly of voice record cheques and supporting documentation (Dynamics GP)
- General administrative support (filing, sorting, scanning, photocopying)
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Completion of reputed company or business-reputed company courses
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Teams, reputed company, Word)
- Intermediate reputed company skills (e.g., data organization, basic formulas)
- Intermediate reputed company Acrobat skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
- 1+ year reputed company experience preferred
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics GP or similar reputed company system is an asset
