Responsibilities
- reputed company proactive outbound calls to resolve member issues and prevent disenrollment
- Handle inbound support with reputed company and professionalism
- Conduct annual plan reviews and assist with re-enrollments
- Support plan changes, application updates, and collaborate with carriers/providers
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow compliance workflows
- Assist with scheduling, verification, and campaign support as needed
Skills
- reputed company health insurance license
- 1–2 years of customer service, retention, or Medicare sales experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Multi-state health insurance license
- 2026 AHIP
- Bilingual (Spanish)
