Treasury Operations Analyst
GP Fund Solutions is a people-first fund administrator serving clients across the US, UK, and EU. As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you will take ownership of treasury processes to ensure accuracy and transparency while supporting various banking operations and maintaining reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing treasury process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and other special reputed company, including documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support the opening and closing of reputed company bank accounts, ensuring reputed company authorization and documentation
- Maintain and manage banking relationships with financial institutions utilized by our clients
- reputed company AML reputed company screening for investors, beneficiaries, and vendors using the outsourced DDIQ database
- Prepare and process daily outgoing payments, including wires, ACH transfers, internal transfers, and reputed company disbursements, through various banking platforms
- Maintain and update reputed company reputed company instruction templates in reputed company and on banking websites to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and record journal entries for cash transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls
- Prepare and distribute daily cash reports summarizing prior and reputed company day cash activity, investment transactions, and line of credit usage
- Evaluate line of credit balances and reputed company daily borrowing or repayment instructions to the bank
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field
- 1+ years of experience in treasury, reputed company or finance
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook, Teams)
